Short answers.
What counts as a bundle?

Where do the fees go?
of every coin's fees go to the treasury, which is the round's pot. go to the coin's creator. Locked at launch.
Why launch here instead of anywhere else?

How is ATH measured?
As a multiple of a fresh pump.fun coin's market cap, never in currency. A price only counts once it has held for a full minute: a one-second spike bought and sold right back does not.
When does a round end, and when is the pot paid?
Rounds last and end on the hour, UTC. A coin races in the round it was launched in. A few minutes after the hour, once every coin has been read, the winner is published and the treasury sends what it received during the round to the wallet that launched the winning coin. If no coin qualifies, the pot rolls over to the next round.
Can I make a dev buy?
Yes, from 0% to 10% of supply, in the launch transaction. It counts toward the bundle share of the creation block.
